We do not sell prescription medicines online and do not execute prescriptions through this website. Prescription services are available only at our physical pharmacy location.

4. Orders and Payment

When placing an order:

• All prices are in EUR and include VAT at the applicable Cyprus rate
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are listed in error or are out of stock
• You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

6. Delivery

We offer delivery within Cyprus:

• Local delivery (Nicosia area): Same-day or next-day, subject to availability
• Cyprus-wide delivery via ACS: 1-3 working days
• Store pickup: Ready within 15-30 minutes during opening hours

7. Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Supplements, food products, and personal hygiene items cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons.
